THE GEORGE AND MINNIE STACKHOUSE ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP

For the eighth consecutive year, Stack presented the George and Minnie Stackhouse Scholarship at Kinston High School in honor of his parents. The need-based scholarship pays a total of $4,000 ($1,000 each semester) to two student athletes who are in good academic standing and display great citizenship at all times.

The 2009 winners are Jamell Garner and Crystal Roache. Jamell plans to attend A&T University while Crystal will attend East Carolina University!
